This is the fifth volume of the SEA of the Future series published by the Building State Capacity and Productivity Center (BSCP Center). Edited by CRPE's Betheny Gross and Ashley Jochim, the essays explore how state education agencies can bolster their ability to use research and data to drive key spending, policy, and program decisions.
