This video provides a first look at data from the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education’s (OESE) National Professional Development (NPD) Report, highlighting the 2021, 2022, and 2024 NPD grantee cohorts and 107 grantees during the 2024–25 project year.

The video presents grantee performance results across three Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) measures, along with information about program types, project features, and reported outcomes. In addition to the NPD program’s focus on professional development to improve instruction for English learners, funded projects addressed priority areas including parent, family, and community engagement; supporting the English learner educator workforce in early childhood education; and using data to improve literacy instruction.
