Abstract
How can an overall composite score on the Assessing Comprehension and Communication in English State-to-State (ACCESS) assessment when English learners on 504 or individualized education plans (IEPs) are unable to complete all four domains of the assessment? The authors of this article illustrate models and procedures that can be used to calculate a composite score when one or more domain scores is missing. The appendix includes tables and statistical programming codes to use in these calculations.
