Abstract
This article offers an inclusive framework for teacher evaluation. The authors provide four principles of inclusive teacher evaluation, each with its own set of guiding questions and look fors. The principles may help guide educators to reflect upon their inclusiveness of ELs in classrooms and determine ways to improve the teacher evaluation process for all teachers who work with ELs.
