Abstract
This fact sheet provides an overview of the Southeast Asian American (SEAA) English Learner (EL) population. The online document includes states with the largest concentration of Asian American ELs and the languages spoken by those ELs, needs of SEAA ELs, and suggestions for how local and federal policymakers may better serve them.
