Krystyna joined the NCELA staff in 2011. She is currently a graduate student at George Washington University. As Research Assistant at NCELA, she contributes to the AccELLerate! newsletter, website maintenance, and research and editing on NCELA reports and publications. Krystyna holds a BA in International Studies from Ohio State University. After teaching ESL in Senegal at Suffolk University’s Dakar Campus for two years, she decided to pursue a MA in International Education. Her research interests include education for the marginalized and education in emergencies with a regional focus on Sub-Saharan Africa.
